Prepayment is required for all rentals. All reservations are refundable up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, less a $50 processing fee.
We accept Master Card and Visa.
There is a $300 security deposit required. Said deposit is to be used, in the event of loss or damage to the rented property and any accessories/equipment during the term of the rental to defray fully or partially the cost of necessary repairs or replacement. In the absence of any damage or loss, said deposit shall be credited to the renter.
Mariner House is a non smoking facility and does not allow any pets.
